Diversity in Lilburn
Based on Census data, Neighborhood Nexus says Lilburn beats every city in the 20-county greater Atlanta area for its diversity. The city proper has a total population of 12,481, while unincorporated Lilburn and its surrounding community is home to nearly 50,000 people. At last census, the ethnic breakdown of the total Lilburn area was 35% White, 22% African-American, 22% Hispanic, 17% Asian, and 4% of two or more races, all from over 33 countries.

Lilburn is a developing city in Southwest Gwinnett County. It is poised to rapidly develop and grow, and is currently in the midst of a development plan with nearly $90 million in assets secured and invested. Lilburn sits strategically along Hwy 29, in close proximity to I-85 and I-285, within a 20-minute drive to Atlanta and several other key regional cities.
